1. About these terms

These terms of service govern your use of norvatalent.com and the services provided by Norva Talent (Mike Verwoerd, Toiminimi, Espoo, Finland). By using our website or participating in our recruitment process, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

Norva Talent provides structured recruitment services connecting companies with candidates through a question-based assessment process. We act as an intermediary. We do not make final hiring decisions, which remain solely with the client company.

  • We provide candidate assessment and shortlisting services to companies
  • We facilitate applications from candidates for specific roles
  • We do not guarantee placement outcomes or employment
  • We do not provide legal, financial, or employment advice

3. For companies

By engaging Norva Talent as a recruitment partner, the company agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about roles being recruited for
  • Treat all candidate information shared by Norva Talent as confidential
  • Not contact candidates directly sourced through Norva Talent without prior agreement
  • Pay the agreed placement fee upon successful hire within the timeframe specified in the service agreement
  • Notify Norva Talent promptly if a placed candidate leaves within the 90-day guarantee period

Specific commercial terms, fees, and guarantees are governed by the individual service agreement between Norva Talent and the client company.

4. For candidates

By submitting an application through Norva Talent, candidates agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in their assessment
  • Not attempt to manipulate, game, or cheat the assessment process
  • Allow Norva Talent to share their assessment results with relevant client companies
  • Accept that Norva Talent does not guarantee job offers or employment outcomes

Candidate data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR information page.

5. Intellectual property

All content on norvatalent.com, including the Norva Method, question frameworks, assessment design, brand identity, and written content, is the intellectual property of Norva Talent (Mike Verwoerd).

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Norva Talent provides its services in good faith. We are not liable for:

  • Hiring decisions made by client companies based on our assessments
  • Employment outcomes for candidates after placement
  • Errors or omissions in candidate-provided information
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of our services

Our total liability to any party shall not exceed the fees paid to Norva Talent in connection with the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients and candidates. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
